The ‘Ladies of the Jets’ love Bartercard! Once a year we host a ladies night called ‘the Ladies of the Jets’.  The wives and girlfriends of the players come to the club for a meal whilst their husband and boyfriends train.  We give out vouchers for beauty treatments and chocolates and wine all purchased from Bartercard suppliers.  It really makes the ladies feel part of the club.”

Bartercard is a major boost to our club ensuring our functions run smoothly”.  “As well as our Ladies night, we host two Sportsman’s Luncheons and our Black Tie Presentation Night each year and for each we’re able to purchase three course meals and drinks, raffle items and prizes, awards and trophies on Bartercard.  We decorate the room on Bartercard and hire tables, centre pieces and plants to help provide a relaxed environment.  Generally we spend between $13 -15,000 on each evening, and each time we’ve been able to spend approximately $10,000 on Bartercard. It’s a major cash saving for the club.

Some of the ongoing expenses the club incurs are covered by Bartercard.  For example, prior to being members of Bartercard our supporter’s packs were a little light in content.  Now that we’re able to purchase in bigger quantities, using Bartercard, we don’t have to worry about them.  We include key rings, caps, polo shirts, stubbie coolers, signed posters, badges and jerseys.  We also regularly use a Bartercard photographer to take our team photo at the end of each season and purchase flower arrangements for the front desk and canteen to brighten up the rooms.”

Your imagination is your only limitation.  Once you get your head around the way Bartercard works you realize it’s the same as cash.  You’d be mad not to get involved!
